Building a strong foundation from the start is the key to enjoying your practice and longevity in yoga. Studio B is proud to offer its newest yogis a free comprehensive introductory workshop. In this 1.5 hour session you will be introduced to all the basics of your Yoga practice. You will learn yoga sequences and specific warm ups to prepare the body, well look at some of the classical yoga postures, including safe alignment for your body and simple breathing techniques (pranayama). You will also learn how to use yoga props to deepen your experience in the postures. The workshop will end with a guided relaxation done lying on the floor (savasana).

This class is held every Saturday at 10am. You can sign up online through our schedule page! No experience needed, no commitment, it's free to anyone. Hope to see you there!
