Maria Abbate

Yoga has been a part of my life for almost 8 years. This practice has taught me patience, resilience and has helped me grow stronger, yet softer both on and off the mat. Yoga grounds me and inspires me to be my best self everyday. I have since completed my 200 hour teacher training following a journey of self discovery to India. I'm grateful for the wisdom my teachers have shared with me and I will always be a student of this practice. I love to combine creative sequencing with meditation and focusing on proper alignment to develop a well rounded practice. My hope is that you step off your mat feeling strong, nourished and balanced.
