Primary series: A powerful practice that combines strength, flexibility and stamina. Ashtanga is a traditional vinyasa style class that always follows a predefined sequence. This class is meant to challenge your body and gives you a great workout.

Intermediate series: An introduction to new postures which are unique to the intermediate series are practiced. The practice is completed with back bending and the finishing sequence. The finishing sequence includes shoulderstand, headstand and lotus.

level-2 LEVEL II
The introduction to arm balances and the understanding of inversions are explored. A technical class which shows you proper form in learning these more advanced poses.
