level-1 LEVEL I
A great way to be introduced to the tradition of yoga or to revisit this classical style. Perfect for someone exploring yoga or new to the practice.
level-2 LEVEL II
The introduction to arm balances and the understanding of inversions are explored. A technical class which shows you proper form in learning these more advanced poses.
level-3 LEVEL III
Knowledge of alignment, inversions and arm balances is recommended or the understanding of when you can retreat into a modification.
